What are some good websites to learn about real estate investments? Also are there any websites other then realtor that I can use to search multi family houses for sale?
Most agents allow you to search the MLS (real estate database) on their website. Alternatively, you can hook up with a new agent and pay a portion (or all) of their MLS dues in exchange for information.
Check the site Buyerhunt.com. Its a new site, but it will be helpful for investors (esp in single family homes) because they can search to see how many buyers have registered in certain areas, such that more buyers = more demand = better investment.
Also, if you’re looking for multi-family props you can post a profile so that anyone selling a multi-family with what youre looking for can contact you.
