Just thinking simply - I would go with coin operated machines with hardly any overhead - that = laundry mat! You don’t need too large of a space, you need maybe 1 employee to come in and clean up, pick up trash, clean out lint filters - and that’s probably something you could do yourself. You have a coke machine and coin operated games for the kids (just a couple) maybe 1 pinball machine and one of those crane stuffed animal machines. Your set! If you live in the right place and can find a place close to the community bar that is a good place also. I’ve always wanted to open a - (I’m going to give you this idea, because I’ve moved past it) A BarAteria - It’s a bar and people can bring and do their laundry in a seperate connected room - they can now put the clothes in the wash - walk back to the front, have a beer/drink, play a game of pool - go put their clothes in the dryer……etc…etc…get it!

Not sure if direct sales would interest you. I recommend a consumable product for reorder business especially with something part time.

You do not have to hold show to make it work however if you help one show a week it would build you clientele faster. MK you make 50% on the product sales
If you like food Tastefully Simple is nice too everyone eats they make 35% not sure about minimums and quotas it is more of having a party type of business too I believe.
I think there is a website that list most Direct sales companies do a yahoo search if your interested though most of the other are less in commission.
